Lenovo IdeaPad S300 is a thin and light notebook, which could be confused with an ultrabook, but rightfully belongs to the category of ultraportable. As such, the laptop includes a 13.3-inch display, in a thickness of about 22 mm and weighs less than 2 lbs (1.8kg to be exact), with an Intel Core. To be a true ultrabook, the laptop it should be a little ‘smaller, thinner and lighter, with at least one solid state drive cache, a solution that Lenovo offers optional and not as a standard feature. Among the good news, however, is the selling price, IdeaPad S300 as it is cheaper than an ultrabook classic, costing just 499 euro in Italy today . The ultraportable Lenovo, in fact, was made official by the Chinese last August and Italian users can buy it for a few days in the major electronics chains and the online shop. The model on sale integrates an Intel Core i3-2365M , 4GB of RAM, 500GB hard drive and operating system Windows 8 64-bit.

The brilliant 13.3-inch has a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels , managed through a dedicated graphics card AMD Radeon HD 7450 M with 1GB of dedicated memory. The handset features an 802.11n WiFi module, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, 2in1 card reader and HDMI port. Autonomy declared by the manufacturer barely touches the 5 hours in a row, but unlike many ultrabook, IdeaPad S300 has a removable battery, then replaced with a larger capacity.
Recall that by the end of November should be available on 14-inch model IdeaPad S400 and S405 at the price of 599 euro . Should not be missing that much for the commercial launch Italian, since in the U.S. is already available.
