Missing a few hours at the opening of CES 2014 in Las Vegas , where, among the many new features, there will be room for some previews as in the case of the new Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC 805 , already announced by the Californian chipmaker last November and based on a new and more powerful revision Krait architecture, here now at version 450, in combination with an Adreno 420 GPU which, according to the manufacturer should provide 40% more performance than the Adreno 330 of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800.
805 Snapdragon SoC Mobile will be the first capable of ensuring an 4K Ultra HD total, ie not limited only to acquisition and playback of 4K video games but also with ultra-definition graphics and ability to make a stream on an external television through special Wi-Fi modules, always produced by Qualcomm.
